VHS SCOUT is built using the Base44 AI platform.

• Data Processing & Token Infrastructure: Data and API integration tokens transmitted through the Software are processed entirely via Base44 AI infrastructure to provide the core functionalities of the application. Your personal account data and image content are subject to the processing capabilities and runtime availability of this third-party provider.
• Compliance: We rely on Base44's global infrastructure to manage regional data hosting and compliance standards.

We implement reasonable organizational and technical measures designed to protect your personal information. Our third-party cloud backend providers have technical processes and procedures in place to protect your personal information.

However, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. We cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat backend security, exploit API token vulnerabilities, or improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information.

Furthermore, sudden operational outages or forced backend service deactivations resulting from account billing issues may expose data to unforeseen transit errors. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our Software is at your own risk. You should only access the application within a secure environment.

We use the information we collect strictly to:

• Create and maintain your user account.
• Deliver the core functionalities of VHS SCOUT.
• Respond to customer service requests and support needs.
• Send account-related notifications (e.g., password resets).
• Provide future promotional updates and marketing communications, which you will have the option to opt-out of at any time.

VHS SCOUT is available to users globally.
